About the site

Let us introduce the basic concepts underlying the site you are visiting. The authors, mineralogists and collectors, wish to make known the results of their experimental and theoretic studies, to make scientific and general information on their works and fields of interest more easy to approach, and to permit the collectors to buy or swap interesting mineral specimens directly at the source.

In order to join these various requirements this specific Web site has been created. The main topics are shown in different sections, but links from a certain section to another can be found. For example, the section "Shop" shows mineral specimens for sale directly collected by us at various occurrences. About some of them you can read in our publications at the section "Science".

About the authors

Dmitriy My name is Dmitriy. I began collecting minerals 20 years ago. Mineral specimens for me do not mean only beauty and scientific interest. First of all they are part of an intact world to which I return over and over again. more	Maxim My name is Maxim and my participation in this project is connected with programming and technical support. This is already the second project for selling minerals via Internet I attend to. more	Paolo I began collecting minerals 30 years ago, when, thanks to my increasing interest in chemistry and physics together with the mountaineering practise on the Alps, I discovered the bewitching mineral world. more
Katty My name is Katty. I am a postgraduate student of the Geological Department of Moscow State University.
