Buying F.A.Q.

1. I wish to order a specimen. What shall I do?
When sending your order, you have to indicate your contact e-mail address. At the same address you will receive our mail confirming your order and asking for the terms of delivery and payment you have chosen (see Question 4).

2. Where can I meet the owners of this site?
We regularly participate in various mineral shows. Here you can find the Schedule of mineral shows in which we take part.

3. You offer specimens for swapping. How can I swap my specimens for yours?
Swapping may be easily performed by direct meeting at the mineral shows. Other possible ways have to be agreed.

4. How can I receive the ordered specimens?
Two alternatives are possible.

You can pay the due amount in advance by means of credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), bank transfer or money-order; the parcel will be mailed to your address in about one month. For top clients delivery on purchase or return basis can be arranged.
We can carry the specimens you have ordered to the mineral show (see Schedule of mineral shows), where payment will be performed.

The ordered specimens are reserved, pending the payment, for a maximum period of 1,5 months. At the expiry of such period, in case the payment has not been fulfilled, the order is deemed cancelled and all specimens reserved are again at disposal for sale.
In case of bank transfer, please, inform us on the date of payment. Anyhow, the ordered material is sent only at receipt of the money on our account.

5. Some articles of ZVMO or other Russian journals are of my interest. How can I receive their full text?

On the basis of your request (amount of pages, etc.), you will be informed by mail about the conditions of delivery. If requested, a translation from Russian into English can be provided. Rates and conditions will be specified for each single case.
